Chartered Surveyors who act as estate agents and who are dedicated only to Chartered Surveyor services are also included. As the market and legislation has changed we have also included a few companies who are solely in business to provide the new Home Information Packs HIPS which include legal documentation together with the new Energy Efficiency Information required for both sales and rental property .
